Refund Eligibility: Refunds are typically available for requests made within the set window and in accordance with the event organizer's terms. Depending on the event, full or partial refunds may be granted, and service fees may or may not be refunded.
Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will be eligible for a full refund for the ticket price.
Event Rescheduling: In the case of a rescheduled event, attendees will have the option to either transfer their tickets to the new date or request a refund.
